Our Story
Fresh sushi, simple beginnings, and a passion for sharing good food with our Aurora community.
How It All Began
Sushi Totoro was started with a simple goal—to share a love for fresh, honest sushi with the Aurora community. The idea was to build a place where people could enjoy quality nigiri and maki in a calm, welcoming space. From the start, every roll has been made with care, using ingredients chosen for freshness and balance. The goal has always been the same: serve good food and make guests feel at home.
Our Way of Doing Sushi
The heart of Sushi Totoro is the long sushi bar, where guests can watch each piece being made right in front of them. The all-you-can-eat option was added to give everyone the chance to try different rolls without limits. This approach keeps things simple and enjoyable—good sushi, fair prices, and a space that feels friendly. Each meal reflects dedication to craft and respect for Japanese tradition.
